Nicole has over twenty years experience in the field of education and training. Focusing on customer relationships has been a top priority for her along with building trust. She graduated from Carleton University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a diploma in LAN administration.
Nicole also brings experience in the field of real estate, which provides knowledge of properties to accommodate customer cleaning needs. In addition, she also has experience in the field of residential cleaning, both as a cleaner and trainer, bringing first-hand knowledge and understanding to meet customer expectations.

Tammy has a combined nineteen years experience in banking, real estate, and property management. During her tenure in property management her role as assistant property manager provided quality inspections, work order quotes, and business development with contractors for residential and commercial properties. Her focus on the client experience has always been her number one priority.

A graduate from the Algonquin College Computer Engineering – Computing Science program, Steve has become a jack of all trades of anything and everything to do with computers. With FZPC, Steve is in charge of the website, social media, online scheduling, marketing, facilitating online orders/inventory, and customer experience. He brings technical and efficiency expertise, and helps FZPC run optimally to bring customers a consistent experience every time.
